Curriculum Overview
In keeping with the international nature of the school our curriculum is a blend of international standards that allows us to deliver on our mission of providing a quality international education in a nurturing Christian environment. We monitor the performance of our students using internal assessments and external standardized assessments to inform our curricular choices. We review areas of our curriculum annually and explore ways to improve and adjust to meet the needs of our students. We also use the performance data of students to determine areas of improvement in our program delivery. We currently follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) from the UK in our Early Years program, the International Primary Curriculum in Elementary along with Singapore Math. In secondary students work towards their High School Diploma based on a credit system, with options to to do IGCSE (Cambridge UK) and AP (College board US) exams.
The school participates in the IOWA standardized testing annually, with individual performance results shared with parents. These results have consistently shown good overall academic performance of our students and has helped our graduates move onto post secondary learning in institutions around the world in a variety of different academic programs.
