Starting the 2021 -22 school year, students in  Grade 10 (equivalent to Year 11), will have an opportunity to sit independently for two optional International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) examinations. They will sit for the Cambridge Assessment International Education exams in Mathematics and English this year and we hope to offer additional examinable subjects in subsequent years.

Most of the content and skills required to be successful in IGCSE is already built in our school curriculum and students will be provided with additional online resources for examination preparation.

Registration for the examinations will be done through the British Council in Kampala and students will be expected to complete their examinations during the May/June examination period.
