HIS Fees Payment Details 2026-2027

Late Payment of School Fees

In the event that school fees are not paid on time as per payment plan, the fees are subject to a 10% surcharge and may result in the discontinuation of services provided by the school.

School Fees Refund

Re-enrollment and admission fees are non-refundable. If admission is withdrawn prior to the start of the semester, a 75% refund on tuition paid to the school will be given. If admission is withdrawn within 2 weeks of the start of the semester, a 50% refund will be given. If admission is withdrawn within 1 month of the start of the semester, a 25% refund will be given. After 1 month of the semester has passed, no refund will be given for that semester’s tuition.

Reservation / Re-enrollment Fee

A Re-enrollment deposit of $500 per student is payable before the given re-enrollment deadline each year. The deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from the tuition fee for the following school year. Once this payment is made and all school fees for the school year in session are fully settled, it will guarantee a place for your child in the following school year.

NGO / Missionary Discount

If you work for an organization that requires you to raise your “own” support, you may be eligible for a discount. This is only granted by the School Board of Directors. If you wish to apply for it, please submit a letter that includes your mission statement and the purpose of the Organization on a letterhead, signed by the head of the organization. The letter should also clearly indicate the email, website, and name of the organization’s contact person.
